Before you travel or accept an offer, ensure you have ticked all these boxes:
I have conducted multiple video calls with the family/candidate.
I have checked their ID verification status on the platform.
I have requested and spoken to at least 2 references.
I have seen a police clearance certificate (if applicable).
We have signed a written contract detailing all duties and pay.
I have verified the address exists (Google Maps/Earth).
I have a valid visa for the destination country.
I have sufficient funds for an emergency return ticket.
A friend or family member has a copy of my contract and address.
